Shipping to US.

• Hand-Made Items will ship up to 10 business days after payment.
• Most orders ship in 5-10 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the order and by the shipping method selected. Your total shipping charges will be displayed on the Checkout page, prior to submitting your order.

• Final shipping charges will be displayed during Checkout, once a shipping address has been entered and a shipping method has been selected.
• Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands or P.O. Boxes will result in a surcharge. This is based on your default shipping address.

To ensure pet health and prevent cross-contamination of skin diseases or infectious illnesses, returns or exchanges are not accepted except in cases of inaccurate or defective item.

If you received an incorrect or defective item, we will arrange for an exchange. All you need to do is:

• Email us at service@liwustudio.com within 3 calendar days of the date you've received the item with the order number and picture(s) of the item.
• Ensure that the item is in original condition and all original tags and packaging are intact. Do check the product before cutting off tag(s) and using it. We are unable to assist if we cannot verify that the product is unused
• Do note that if we find that a product, its accompanying tag(s), or its packaging has been damaged or tampered with by the customer or their pet, exchanges/returns/refunds will not be offered.
