  4. The original packaging and accessories (such as certificates, packaging boxes, polishing cloths, etc.) must be complete. Provide proof of purchase, such as order screenshot or invoices.

Returns & Exchanges Process

  1. Please contact our customer service team with the specified time and provide order information and the reasons for return or exchange by email: service@liwustudio.com .
  2. We will review within 48 working hours after receiving the application to confirm whether the return and exchange conditions are met.
  3. After the review is passed, the customer needs to return the goods and related accessories to the designated address, the freight shall be prepaid by customer.
  4. After receiving the returned items, we will conduct an inspection. If the conditions are met, the return or exchange will be processed.
